How to whistle

Hi ate Camille can you teach me how to whistle(in a healthy manner ) or give me some insights about it thank you 

Hi, i have also really really struggled with learning to whistle- esp for singing some beautiful songs like Home by Edward Sharpe and MAgnetic Zeroes. I had checked a lot of those small videos which guarantee to teach but never really was able to capture the learning. I just began looking at some anatomy books- and also learning just the way that the wind passes and that has been kind of enlightening.
